The room was incredibly comfortable and outstanding, the staff was amiable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows too. Great and good location - short way from everywhere we needed. The place was around 4-6 minutes walk from Spring Lake city center.

There was no breakfast which we expected.

This hip new hotel is modern with amiable and accommodating staff. The room is incredibly comfortable with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.

There was an exceptionally comfortable bed in the modern room, I slept very well. It had marvellous and good location, the place was extremely close to Spring Lake city center.

There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

The location is great and personnel is amicable. 26 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson😃

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and I felt safe with the locked doors requiring key entry. The staff was considerate of my privacy and didn't bother me for anything, even when there was a mishap with my payment. The ambiance was pleasing, with the lights turning off as it got later in the evening.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is lovely with favourable location in the middle of jackson. Outstanding and comfy rooms, plus the staff is affable! The exceptionally comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in.

Thank you for a really great stay. Everyone who works in the hotel is amazingly nice and amicable. The location is in a marvellous and particularly good spot in the middle of jackson. And it's nestled in a new building not far from Spring Lake as well as restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and felt safe with locked doors and key entry. The ambiance was pleasing and the staff respected my privacy and didn't bother me. Even when there was a mishap with my payment, they waited until I came down to resolve it.

Lucky that it was within a close distance from Subway, offering food to go.

Climate control and a couch bed in new-fashioned rooms were awesome.
